If you survived that slip of tongue during your lunch and tea breaks then MashahAllah you are doing good…There is actually a very profound dua for protecting ourselves and others from harm…This dua just amazes me, its just soooooo complete, none other than Prophet (S.A.W) can come up with such beautiful dua…
